Drivetrain component performance originates from every single manufacturing step. Forging quality defines rawmaterial structural performance; CNC precision decides assembly fitting accuracy; heattreatment processes determine component fatigue resistance. Splitting these core procedures across multiple external factories will inevitably create quality inconsistencies.

Jiankun adopts a highlyintegrated production layout. More than 90% of all manufacturing procedures are accomplished within our own plant. Our facility includes 6 hotforging machines, 6 coldforging devices, over 60 CNC machining centers and large lasercutting equipment.

The full workflow covers rawmaterial forging, heattreatment, precision CNC machining, component assembly and multidimensional quality inspection. Every batch undergoes systematic testing before shipment.
